About Coach Kristian
I’m an ultra-endurance athlete and coach with experience in marathon, ultra, and trail running.
I’ve completed more than 150 ultras and marathons worldwide, including FKTs on the Southbound Appalachian Trail and the South West Coast Path, six podium finishes at the Thailand North Face 100K, and training alongside elite runners in Ethiopia.
As an online ultra marathon coach, I combine real-world racing experience with proven endurance training strategies to help runners of all levels achieve their goals—whether it’s a first ultra, a new PR, or conquering the world’s toughest trails.
