Yes — race-specific programming is one of my specialties. Your plan will reflect your race terrain, elevation, distance, and timeline so you arrive prepared and confident.

Coaching is billed per 4 x weeks with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime, though I recommend a minimum commitment of 3–6 months to see meaningful progress.

While I focus primarily on ongoing, personalized coaching, I do offer custom one-off training plans in certain cases. However, most runners see the best results through continuous guidance, weekly adjustments, and feedback, which ensures consistent progress, reduced injury risk, and a plan that evolves with their fitness and goals.

You can start as soon as we schedule our initial 15-minute coaching chat. During this session, we’ll review your goals, experience, and schedule, and I’ll build your first week of training in TrainingPeaks. From there, you’ll have a clear, structured plan and ongoing support to begin training immediately.
