Day 12 - 1,000 miles cycling across France 🇫🇷 + Spain 🇪🇸

Can’t believe it’s still less than two weeks since departing London. In this short time life has changed a great deal. No longer am I thinking of past and future but rather the present.

I once heard a man say the past and future cripple us, it’s only when we are preset we are truly free.

Saint Emilion was the setting today and boy oh boy did we paint a picture. Drinking Red wine from vines we could smell on the air.

Our meal in the fabulous restaurant is now and forever etched in my mind. The food delicious, wine 🍷exquisite and company superb.

I felt as if I a Roman royal experiencing life in the way a royal would. The indulgence, sophisticated conversation and decadent surroundings all added to this experience.
