⏳ Time on trail: 16hrs 4mins

The day began with a quiet struggle through sharp rocks beneath a dark sky. A fall in Pennsylvania still lingers in my memory, twisted and broken. Tears cameβ€”not from weakness, but from feeling the weight of it all. In that moment, I didn’t want to rise, but I did. Because there is no choice but to keep going.

I’m reminded of Rat King from the Dirty Bubble crew, who once fell like a ragdoll, only to rise with a calm, β€œThis is not the first, nor the last.” It’s a lesson that suffering is part of the journey, not the enemy.

This trail teaches more than any classroom can. The lessons are lived, not read. And in the solitude of the forest, you learn more about yourself than you ever could imagine.

I’ll be back later this year to chase the FKTβ€”currently 40 days, 18 hours. But it’s not just about breaking records; it’s about testing the limits of willpower and growth. 🌟

As an ultra marathon coach, I guide others to show them that the impossible is just perception. First, we do what’s necessary, then what’s possible, and finally, transcend what once seemed out of reach. πŸ™Œ

If you’re ready to push beyond your limits, reach out. Let’s discover the strength you didn’t know you had. πŸš€πŸ’―
