I’m Kristian Morgan, an ultra running coach and the fastest man to go southbound on the Appalachian Trail fastest known time. I hold five podium finishes at the Thailand North Face 100K Ultra Marathon, and I’ve trained alongside elite runners in Ethiopia. I’ve coached over 100 ultrarunners to the finish line, helping athletes of all levels train smarter, stay consistent, and achieve their ultra-distance goals — from first 50Ks to 100-mile races and beyond.
